Terms of Service

1. Service

AIOFFER resells and activates subscriptions to third-party AI services. We are not affiliated with the providers of those services, and their own terms of use also apply to your use of the service.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in USD and are paid in cryptocurrency. An order is accepted once the full payment is confirmed on the blockchain and the transaction ID has been submitted.

3. Activation

We activate orders as soon as possible after payment confirmation, normally within 24 hours.

4. Warranty and refunds

Each plan is covered for its full period. If we cannot deliver an order, we refund it in full in the same cryptocurrency. After a successful activation we fix or replace the service instead of refunding.

5. Acceptable use

You must use the services lawfully and in accordance with each provider's policies.
