Auto-Renew Agreement (USDT on Tron)

Version 2026-10-23. This agreement applies when you choose auto-renew with USDT (Tron) for a plan on AIOFFER. It is in addition to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

1. What you agree to

A first payment for the plan, collected immediately when you start auto-renew.
Further payments every period (for example every 30 days) for the plan, at most the number of payments you choose (up to 12).
A cap per payment shown before you confirm. A payment can never be higher than this cap.
The period, the cap and the number of payments are written into the smart contract when you sign, and cannot be changed later by AIOFFER.

2. Price changes

Each renewal is charged at the plan's price at that time. If the price goes down, you pay less. If it goes up, you pay the new price — but never more than your cap. If the price rises above your cap, we collect only the cap.

3. How payments are collected

Payments are made in USDT (TRC-20) on the Tron network through our public smart contract: TF8orjSD5anuuob9MFdAoyGMzRREkHUz63.
In your wallet you sign two things: (1) an approval that lets the contract use at most cap × number of payments USDT, and (2) the subscription itself, which collects the first payment.
Later payments are collected by the contract only when a payment is due, at most once per period, and the money goes directly to AIOFFER's receiving address.
Missed periods are never collected together: one payment per period at most.

4. If a payment cannot be collected

If your wallet does not have enough USDT (or the approval was removed), the payment stays due. We retry automatically once a day for up to 7 days; after that, the payment may be collected on a later day when your wallet has enough USDT, or you or we may cancel. A renewal is delivered only after its payment has been collected.

5. Cancellation

Cancel at any time with one click in My account → My auto-renew subscriptions. No further payments are taken after cancellation.
You can also remove the approval yourself on Tronscan at any time.
Payments already collected for periods that were delivered are not refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Fees

The Tron network fees for your two signatures are paid from your wallet (TRX/energy). The network fees for later collections are paid by AIOFFER.

7. Security

AIOFFER never asks for your recovery phrase or private key.
The smart contract can only take up to the cap, only when due, only the agreed number of times — nobody, including AIOFFER, can change your terms after you sign.
Always check in your wallet that you are signing for our contract shown above.

8. Delivery

Each collected payment creates a renewal order in your account and is processed like any other order, with the same warranty.
